SHIPPING POLICY
We normally dispatch the order within 24-48 working hrs. of payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details of the same will be shared with you. You have to track your shipment thereafter. In case you do not receive the shipment within expected timelines, please get in touch with us.
While we ensure that the shipments are dispatched within two business days after payment , actual delivery depends on the postal services/courier services. While the shipments usually get delivered earlier than or within expected timelines, there can be rare exceptions and outliers at times, (especially in case of international shipments) due to connecting flights/airline and cargo issues/delay in customs clearance/ holiday or festive season/natural calamities like floods or events such as strikes etc. which is beyond our control.
Do note that customs clearance time varies from country to country and at times on other factors too, which even the postal or courier agency cannot foresee. We seek your cooperation and understanding in such situations. Bidyut Fashion House Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the Post office/courier agency.
At the time of delivery, if you find the package tampered with, kindly do not accept the shipment. If you have accepted the shipment, it will be deemed as received by you in good condition.
Please exercise utmost care while opening the package. Please do not use sharp instruments to open the package, as you might unintentionally damage the fabric while doing so.
In case of delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by you or return of shipment to Bidyut Fashion House Pvt. Ltd. by the shipping/delivery agency due to your unavailability to receive the shipment at your shipping address – any extra cost incurred by Bidyut Fashion House Pvt. Ltd. to redispatch the shipment to you, will be payable by you.
No returns; no refunds; no exchanges please, except in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you. In such cases, ONLY AFTER we check and confirm that the product shipped was incorrect, please return the incorrectly shipped product in the same way as they were shipped to you and retain the original packing; also kindly note that the product(s) should be
unused and not modified in any way (fall/Pico done/blouse fabric cut/blouse stitched etc. – will not be accepted). In the said case where refund is approved by us, please note that the refund will be possible only to a bank account based in India. We will not provide refund to any overseas accounts. The refund shall not include bank transfer charges or other transactional charges which you may have borne while purchasing the product. Cost of shipping such products back to us has to be borne by you. The decision for any credits will be solely at the discretion of Bidyut Fashion House Pvt. Ltd.

IMPORTANT: Any additional customs or import duty/VAT/local charges or other levies in your country/location will have to be borne by you. Kindly note that all prices we quote are for shipping are in INR.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Ready to ship orders can be cancelled for a complete refund within 24 hours if not dispatched.
Orders with customization or tailoring requests cannot be cancelled once the order processing has started.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
No exchange, no returns and no refunds unless we send you a wrong product.
Customized / tailored / stitched products like saree with fall, pico done or blouse stitched cannot be returned
Our policy lasts 7 days from the day of delivery. If 7 days have gone since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be stitched or customized. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note:
As we deal with handloom, & handmade products, slight irregularities, if any, in the weave, prints or embroidery are not defects; rather they are due to the fact that the fabric is hand printed/hand woven/hand embroidered/hand painted. Hand printed or hand tie-dyed products may have slight mismatch in prints, color spills and other errors introduced due to virtue of being hand printed. Do note that such issues add to the beauty of anything handmade. All products are thoroughly checked by us before shipping and we have a robust Q.C process in place.
While we try our best to capture the real color tones as close as possible and our photographs are all in natural lighting, there might be variations in the actual products w.r.t the images, as these are digital images and there is a dependency on the device you use to view the images and the lighting at any point of time. Further digital images may not capture minute color tones, shot or dual or mixed shades and granular aspects of the fabric as a human eye can.
Refund or exchange of any product on grounds of color variations and granular aspects will not be possible. Please feel free to enquire about any clarifications you may need on color, fabric, texture, weight of the product, dimensions, thread count or any other aspects which are of key importance to you. Kindly read the details accompanying each image and if any query, please do not hesitate to ask for clarifications before deciding to buy. Most importantly, please avoid impulsive booking.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or wrong product delivered. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
